Sealand Concept Store
V&A WATERFRONT DISTRICT | CAPE TOWN | SOUTH AFRICA
Set with a largely refined brief, the focus was quickly drawn to the reclaim/re use ethos that Sealand prides itself on. This meant choosing the structural composition, materials, tonality and texture of the company’s first concept store was critical to the success of the space.
A combination of prototyping led to a unique space filled with sculptural locally manufactured cork furniture, undulating handrails representing the brands motif and interactive rotating displays designed to educate and bring light to the companies many artisans and their stories.
