In collaboration with Pick n Pay and Jasons Bakery. MOKO alongside branding guru Marco Simal were approached to develop a café toolkit that could successfully roll out to over 100 stores in the first 12 months. The design package was a well curated checklist emphasizing bakery offerings & user experience despite its compact size.

The functional aspects were seamlessly integrated into the design resulting in the sink and prep area being cleverly hidden behind a curtain wall made of clear fluted glass panels, ensuring utility without compromising the aesthetic appeal. The offsite prefabricated timber panel construction and modular internal furnishings meant that the involvement from the design team during the construction process was limited and the speed of install increased. With sea facing tables offering a respite in the fierce summer sun along the Camps bay stretch the store was a success.
